4. Return Process

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.

4.2 Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

  • For items shipped freight, you will need to schedule a freight pickup with the carrier.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for high-value items.

Mesa Nest is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

4.3 Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied for returns that are:

  • Opened or slightly used

  • Missing packaging or accessories

  • Returned outside the 30-day window

This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will then issue a refund, store credit, or replacement depending on the condition of the returned product and your preference.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

  • Once received and approved, we will ship the replacement product

Note that availability and shipping times for exchange items may vary.


8. Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered:

We will arrange a return shipment and send the correct item at no additional charge.
