Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only.

Which carriers do you use?
UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on item size and location.

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days

  • PO Boxes: USPS, 3–7 business days

How fast do you ship?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes — within 1 hour of placing your order. Email support@mesanest.com.

Where do orders ship from?
Main warehouse in Miami Gardens, FL, or other U.S. warehouses.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?
Return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Original packaging required.

How do I request a return?
Email support@mesanest.com with your order number and reason for return.

Who pays return shipping?

  • Customer: Changed mind or wrong item

  •  Mesa Nest: Damaged, defective, or incorrect item

When will I get my refund?
Within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Do you offer exchanges?
No direct exchanges. Please return and place a new order.
